Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Once an order is placed, it is custom-made, and we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please verify all order details prior to submitting. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations, but we cannot make any guarantees once you submit your order. Please contact support@groomschoice.com.
Refund Policy:
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only available if there is a defect or error in customization. Customers must report any defects within 7 days of receiving their product, and we will promptly process a replacement. In the rare case that we cannot replace the item, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. No credits will be given for damaged items from shipping carrier negligence as this is out of our control.
We will provide free Standard Shipping for replacements – if a customer needs an item by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate via our processing time, but please note that if expedited shipping is requested and was not originally selected, we are not required to upgrade the shipping.
Restocking Fees:
For eligible, non-personalized items, a restocking fee may apply. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed with you before processing the return.
Customization & Personalization Policy
Product Customizations:
Each product comes with its own set of customization options, clearly displayed on the product page. Once the order is placed, these customization details usually cannot be changed. Please double-check your order before confirming. Special characters (e.g., symbols) are not accepted in personalization fields unless specifically noted.
Mistakes in Personalization:
We are human, and on rare occasions, mistakes happen. If there is an error in the customization that differs from your order, please send us a photo, and we will verify it. If the mistake was on our end, we’ll replace the item free of charge.

Production Timeline:
Please allow 1-2 business days processing time for your order. We process orders Monday through Friday. All packages are shipped through USPS (standard shipping) or an express shipment option of our choosing for express shipments.
Shipping Timeline:
Our standard shipping timeline is 9 to 10 business days within the continental U.S. While the majority of orders arrive within this window, please be aware that external factors, such as shipping carrier delays or supply chain disruptions, may sometimes extend this timeframe.
For peace of mind, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 30 days before your event, especially during peak seasons or holidays, to account for any potential delays. While we strive to meet the stated timelines, we cannot make absolute guarantees due to these external factors.
Multiple Shipments:
In some cases, items may be shipped from multiple fulfillment centers with different packaging types and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. When necessary, we reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as long as your order is still processed and delivered on time.
Shipping Costs Transparency:
We believe in fair shipping costs that cover packaging, postage, and payment processing fees. You’ll find no hidden charges here—just clear, transparent pricing.
Nevada Residents
Currently we do not ship to Nevada shipping addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
International Shipping:
**We are currently not shipping outside the US as of 8/23/24**
Customers outside the US will be responsible for any relevant customs fees, duties, or tariffs, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for any customs and duties or tariffs and will not reimburse these charges. If you are concerned about international duties fees please contact your local carrier to find out if this would apply to your order.
Defective or Damaged Goods
Defects & Replacements:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. No return is necessary for defective products unless we request otherwise.

While we do not offer refunds on personalized items, we are committed to ensuring any defects or errors in customization are addressed promptly and replaced where necessary. In the unfortunate case that we are out of something in your order, we will contact you by email immediately to suggest an alternative or provide an estimated timeline for delivery.
