The easiest way to check your order status is to find the email confirmation you received after placing your order and checking your order status that way.
Alternatively, if your tracking number doesn't work, you can simply look up your tracking based on the following carriers:
If your tracking number begins with:
- '231', '232' or '809' then it was shipped via SF-Express - http://www.sf-express.com
- '9' then it was shipped via USPS - https://www.usps.com
- '1Z' then it was shipped via UPS - https://www.ups.com
- '78' then it was shipped via Fedex - https://fedex.com
- You can also go to https://www.17track.net/en to track any package.
