Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is placed, it is custom-made, and we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. Please verify all order details prior to submitting. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations, but we cannot make any guarantees once you submit your order. Return Policy:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. No return is necessary for defective products unless we request otherwise.

Refund Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only available if there is a defect or error in customization. Customers must report any defects within 7 days of receiving their product, and we will promptly process a replacement. In the rare case that we cannot replace the item, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. No credits will be given for damaged items from shipping carrier negligence as this is out of our control. Any applicable refunds on non-personalized items will be for the product cost only. Shipping costs are not refundable if the reason for refund does not involve damage or incorrectly received items.

We will provide free Standard Shipping for replacements – if a customer needs an item by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate via our processing time, but please note that if expedited shipping is requested and was not originally selected, we are not required to upgrade the shipping.

Restocking Fees:

For eligible, non-personalized items, a restocking fee may apply. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed with you before processing the return.
